The company name is on the door at 125 West Main Street, a block from the Pickaway County courthouse. That matters because roofing is a trade with a lot of trucks that appear after a storm and disappear after the check clears. We are not going anywhere. If a roof we did needs a follow-up, you know where to find us.
Derek Barton runs every job personally. He is the one on your roof for the inspection, the one who writes the scope, and the one on site when the work happens. There is no sales representative between you and the person doing the work, which is why our quotes come with photos instead of pressure.
We do not put claims on this website that we cannot hand you a document for. No made-up years in business, no warranty promises beyond the manufacturer's written terms, no ratings we cannot show you on Google, no license language that does not match a real certificate. If you want to see paperwork, ask; you will get it with your quote.
The name says legacy. To us that means doing the roof the way it should be done so it is still doing its job long after the truck has left: full tear-off, decking fixed, ice and water shield where Ohio winters demand it, ventilation sized right, and a magnetic sweep of your yard before we go.
