Repair, coat, or replace
A flat roof with a few failing seams and good insulation underneath usually wants a repair. A roof that is sound but aging can sometimes be restored with a coating system for a fraction of replacement cost. A roof with saturated insulation and widespread failure needs a new membrane. The inspection, including checking for wet insulation, tells us which one you have, and the scope shows you the reasoning.
TPO and PVC
Both are heat-welded single-ply membranes suited to low-slope roofs in Ohio. White membranes reflect summer heat. Seams are welded, not glued, and flashings are formed to the details on your roof. We install to the manufacturer's specifications and give you the manufacturer's warranty documents with the quote rather than quoting warranty years ourselves.
Who we work with
Owner-occupied small businesses in Circleville, Chillicothe, and Lancaster. Landlords with mixed-use buildings downtown. Churches and community buildings. Farm operations with shops and storage. If you own a building within about 30 miles of Circleville and the roof is on your mind, call.
Straight answers
Commercial Roofing questions
Can you work without shutting down my business?
Usually. Most membrane and coating work happens on the roof with limited disruption below. We plan noisy work and any deck repair around your schedule.
Do you do commercial roof maintenance?
We do inspections and repairs. Ask about a seasonal inspection so small seam and drain problems are caught before they soak the insulation.
Do you offer roof coatings?
Coatings are part of our commercial work on roofs that qualify. Not every roof does; a coating over wet insulation or a failing membrane is money wasted, and we will tell you if that is what you have.
