What we collect
When you submit the callback form we collect your name, your phone number, the reason you selected if any, the page you were on, and basic technical information such as your browser type. When you call us, we have your phone number. When you email us, we have what you send.
Why
To call or text you back about your request, schedule and perform the inspection and any work you approve, and keep a record of the job. By submitting the form you agree that we may call or text you about your request. Reply STOP to any text to opt out.
Where it lives and who sees it
Form submissions are stored in a secured database used only by this business and, once connected, in the customer relationship system we use to schedule and follow up. Service providers that host this website and those systems process the data on our behalf. We do not sell your information and we do not share it with third parties for their marketing.
Analytics
This site may use standard web analytics to count visits and measure whether the phone and form work. Analytics data is aggregated and does not include the contents of your form submission.
Your choices
Ask us to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you by calling (937) 386-4301 or emailing Derek@silcottlegacyroofing.com. We will do it unless we need the record for a job under warranty, a tax record, or a legal requirement.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version is posted here with a new effective date.
