Windows and the rest of the exterior
Windows leak into walls when the flashing around them fails, not usually through the glass. That is why we treat window replacement as exterior work: the opening gets flashed and sealed properly, the trim sheds water, and the siding is tied in cleanly. Replacing windows and siding on the same project is the best time to get all of that right at once.
What to expect
We measure every opening, order the windows to fit, and schedule the install when they arrive. Each window is removed, the opening checked for rot and repaired if needed, the new unit set, flashed, insulated, and trimmed. You get a written scope with the window specifications before we order.

Do you replace one window or only whole houses?
Either. One damaged window is a normal call. Whole-house replacements are scheduled as a project with the scope and the order in writing first.
Will new windows lower my heating bill?
Modern insulated windows perform much better than single-pane or failed double-pane units, but we do not promise a specific savings number. Draft and comfort improvements are what homeowners notice first.
