Content on this website, including the homeowner guides, describes how roofing and exterior work generally goes and what published market ranges look like. It is not a quote, an inspection, a warranty, or professional advice about your specific property. Every property is different; the free inspection and the written scope are how we address yours.
Quotes, scopes, and warranties
Pricing, materials, and warranty terms are stated only in the written scope and the manufacturer documents provided with it. Nothing on this site creates a warranty or a price commitment. Where this site describes insurance claims, it describes the process generally; we do not adjust, negotiate, or settle claims, and we do not interpret your policy.
Accuracy
We work to keep the information here current and honest, including drive times, service descriptions, and published cost ranges, which are updated in place. Errors can happen; if you spot one, call (937) 386-4301 and we will fix it.
Communication
